You need cats because your spewing poison to say the least, if you want to talk about performance, legality and the huge fines you can get then thats another matter.

For your six, you will benefit from the backpressure of at least two cats.

You are also suppose to have 4 O2 sensors, two upstream and two downstream.

If you just have the rears unplugged your going to have problems too.


Set the system up correctly.
Think of it like this, if you set the system up correctly you can easily swap between your LT and stock setup when smog comes around every two years.

At the very least you will be smog legal in many other states, not killing your fellow drivers and your car will be happier.

Alright, what kind of cats are some good cats I hear that there is no such thing of HI FLOW CATS.Where would the other 2 O2 censores be located after the cats?should I let the shot provide the O2s or should I buy my own.
