torque converter change - balancing?

torque converter change - balancing?
I'm installing a new torque converter in 2001 3.8 v6 mustang. I marked the driveshaft when I took it off so I can install it the same way, but I'm wondering about the torque converter itself. Does this need to be balanced as well?
