I have a 2001 Mustang V6, 5 spd. My brake lights aren't working. However, the third brake light works and the tail lights work. The turn signals worked until a friend checked my fuses. I have replaced the switch and put all new bulbs in. Also, now when I have the key off, the windows still roll up and down and windshield wipers stay on unless I shut them off at the switch. I would appreciate any and all advice. Thank you
