questions guys... will other year mustang stock air intake fit 2002 3.8?

i need to find a stock one to smog

 

99-04 only id assume

dropped the mustang off at the shop today to have the subframe connectors put on

 

i was hoping i could put in a 94-98 3.8 intake on there they have tons of those at the pick-n-pull

sounds great though shadow... how much to install

 

I have my stock intake assembly and paper filter in my garage from my 01 from when I installed a cai.

 

yeah i still have mine somewhere too. idk if i need it anymore or not....

the dude said 225 for the hard ones to install, but mine he said will be much easier, so they wont be as much, but he didnt say how much we will see

 

Is it just me, or is the V6 section becoming a carbon copy of every other section with the list of stickies at the top? I liked us being our own area.

01-04 for the intake.
99-00 if you plug the IAT hole or leave the sensor in it, just unplugged.

 

i dont mind the stickies either but it sucks because no one thats new reads them anyways.

anyhow, subframe connectors are on, cost 240 all together. the guy ran into some problems because the jackwagon that did my exhaust did it in one piece so it took a bit longer because it was in the way and he couldnt do much about it haha.
