iirc they are the same as the same year 4.6 GT,

Nope.
94-98 GT = EV1 Yellow 19lb injectors
99-04 GT = EV6 Yellow 19lb injectors
94-98 V6 = EV1 Gray 14lb injectors
99-04 V6 = EV6 Black 21lb injectors

Not a big deal, there is still a lot of wrong info floating around out there so its easy to get the wrong info. I have before too on other parts.
