Congrats on selling the Stang Matt but I was really hoping that you would hold onto it and build it again.
NYStang: I had Cragar Keystone Klassic's on my 70' Chevelle and on my 75' El Camino, loved the rims on both of the cars but they looked best on the Chevelle.
The Chrome did start to bubble after about 3-4 years, this was back in the early 00's so I have no clue if they have taken care of that problem today.
The Black paint began to show signs of faiding after just a year so maint on the paint may need yearly repainting if you like it to look perfect.
$177 ec. at summit.

Now I would not buy these rims again, there are simply better looking rims out there impo. But its still a good rim that is worth a look to give you another option.

Not a bad option- it has Rally wheels on it now, but they werent an option on the SS- only the COPO & Yenko cars. I want something other then the factory SS wheels, or the nomal TT2's/Cragar SS wheels.

69 SS396 hardtop, originally white/black now Cortez silver/black. original TH400/12 bolt, now has a ZZ502. frame-up resto on it. No idea what the suspension is (looks lower then stock). we're looking for a set of factory seats to restore for it- right now it has recaro flofits (leather, 1200/ea!!). Previous owner says that it was in line to be a Yenko 427, but never got built. No proof of documentation, so just another story I suppose.
Gave me an idea though- I kind of want to built it as a day2 car now. Rocket Strike wheels(google them), and make the 502 look like a yenko-installed L72(simple valve cover and decal swap. not bothering with numbers or chalk) a couple little window decals, and it will look like it was a massaged SS396 of of oldman Yenkos car lot.
Damn thats nice.
Tell ya what, trade ya my Coachmen Class A Motorhome for it.
I just put it on the market today.
My Chevelle wasnt near as cool as that, same color though but mine was a lot more faded.
April is trying to sell the Passat so she can get a 68' Mustang that she wants, pure rust free car, 200ci straight six, auto, power disk and power steering car. Very very clean, $4500 but they might take $4000 they said. So we put the Passat up for $7000 and will take $6k for it.

i picked up a cervinis 2000 cobra r hood. traded by stock hood plus $150. its painted performance red so it doesn't exactly match my torch red but it will do for now.
picked up some 03 bullitts that i will be painting the spokes black.
ordered the x3 sct tuner finally cant wait!
and wasted my money on ceramic bbk shorties but i was sick of having to weld the stock ones.
