Just tried it, didn't notice a difference. Then again, I'm tuned.

Are you running a high octane tune? I guess you saw a nice difference in low end torque?

The highest available in my area is 91 octane. I was on 87 for the longest time, but I decided to treat myself tonight and went back to 91. Definitely a nice boost in torque... incredibly easy to spin the wheels, I have to watch myself sometimes.

Ok...Im sceptical but exited. This sounds like when people install an air intake and say thay feel worlds of difference, but its actuallly all in their head. Im not saying its not impossible, as my friends lighting has a similar override that allows for a digital speedo and other things, but this just seems to good to be true lol. Anyway, ill try it later on for kicks.

Shave...But do all the lights actually go out? My engine light & Battery light stayed light...are does supposed to?
ORIGINAL: shave35

I heard that if you turn the key to ON and wait til all the normal lights in the dash go out, then slowly press the gas pedal until it is floored and release. Turn key off, wait about 6 seconds and then start your car. Gets rid of most if not all of the throttle lag. Give it a try.
