Yeah I think you are right from what I was reading about this supercharger, I was under the impression the X-CHARGER was twin screw. Has anyone heard if anyone will make a twin screw for the V6?
It doesn't look like it.
In other threads we've discussed this. Somebody said Paxon and Kenne Bell will not be making any for our 4.0's. However I don't think Whipple said anything yet.

Are you planning to get FI?
If so 3.73's, and if you do a lot of long distance traveling, do the same.
If not, I like 4.10's, but that's just my opinion, everybody's different about gears.
You won't be disapointed w/ either [8D]
I agree with HxCory here. If you are doing FI, go with 3.73's. I used to have 4.10s, due to gear whine I had them taken out when I had my nitrous put in...when I was using nitrous that is. If you are drag racing with FI, I would be concerned with maxing out the top end with 4.10s. Scrming has 4.10s still, he could comment, though he has like 28inch tires to help him out on his ET's.

Yep, you're right man. Actually, MSP emailed KB and Whipple, both said there are no plans to build applications for a V6. Though the more we email them, the more they might get the hint.

Haha, I was just talking to Traken about that, if we all e-mail KB, maybe, JUST MAYBE they'll make one kit for the 4.0, and we all gotta jump on it!

I have had the 3.73's on my car from quite some time ..with good results. But , even thou they are Ford Racing and were properly installed, they have started whinning. My theory is they loosened up a bit and once i got around to noticing it was already too late. So ..since i ruled out nitrous for now, i think i will step up to 4.10 ..see what happens. I dont do much highway driving since PR is 100 x 35 miles and i stay in the San Juan area so the higher RPMS are actually a plus for passing power ..jeje.

As always seems like the V6 owners are the only ones getting the screw........

3.90s motive makes them, but you need to put a GT rear end in

yeah, i love the 4.10s for cruising with just a bit higher RPMs... couple that with my late shifts.... So typically when I'm cruising around I'm at 2500 RPM vs 1500 RPM! That way I'm ready to pounce! LOL!
