not bad the boys are doing just fine. yea ill be at magnolia and adams in huntington beach at 5:30 am on saturday. Donuts and Derelicts is pretty cool

im adding 900 sf to the front and making my garage 4 feet deeper

Nice to see you keeping yourself busy... 900sqft is going to be a real expansion - but I think you'll enjoy the extra garage space just as much. I'm actually looking to build a garage on my property , but still haven;t decided exactly where it's going and just how big - lol ... U a lucky man!
