rpm's with a mind of their own
my gauge, on occasion, has been going crazy: sometimes in neutral my rpms will soar to 1500 for no reason, then down to nearly 500 (almost stalling) and then come back up to it's usual 750... i was thinking the problem might be the fuel pump, but i don't see how a failing pump would be able to boost the guage that high... I have an 06 with a manual trans.
