I, too, try not to make the same mistake twice, but sometimes I make a mistake by making the same mistake more than once. In fact, it's a mistake to think that you're never going to make mistakes.... [:-]

I know I'm right, because one time I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken. The best thing to do is assume that you will make mistakes, because then when you do make a mistake you won't be mistaken, and that's less of a mistake than assuming you're right when you're actually mistaken.
