Well after my disenchantment with the flowmaster american thunder, and much deliberation over the GT take off, I pulled the trigger on the FRPP/Borla, on the rationale that it was made for the V6, and many others have had good experiences with it. I am very impressed with the fit and finish, the clamp was very effective, versus the flow's tighten forever and still not tight version. The sound is much more pleasant to the ear, not as tinny sounding, the drone doesn't seem to be as intrusive as the flow, it'll take another road trip to be sure. It also looks better. I didn't have to bend/force anything to line it up, it has about 3/4 inch clearance to the bumper cover, and the hanger bolts are even more accessible than with the stocker(it deletes the front hanger with the rubber loop). The instructions said to remove the mid pipe, but I didn't even mess with it, just took off the old and on with the new. This one will stay on for a while...

glad to hear you like it man. With my FRPP/Borla, I found that the sound only got better as I drove it. anyways, congrats man...enjoy it.
