Convertible tops...
I was wondering if anyone has had any trouble with their convertible tops? I just bought a slightly used 07 mustang convertible... havent even had it for a month, and I had to take it to the shop for roof repair. The only way to really describe it is... part of it was coming out of the track. Seems like when I would put the roof back up, it bent a certain way, and wouldn't go back in to its track properly. I took it to where I bought it, thank god it is still fully covered and all... They are going to replace the roof... but my concern is... is this common? And is it going to happen again?
Any feed back would be great! Thanks for listening to my whining

I've had an '05 for the past 2+ years. Had to have the top replaced once because it developed 2 small pinholes due to a wear issue (There is a TSB regarding this)

Ok, you can all laugh now.. but I'm not sure what a TSB is?
I did have the roof up and down, and it didnt seem to have an issue at first. it was kind of like after 5 times it started doing something funny. Hopefully the problem will be fixed... If not, I'll just take it back...

TSB = Technical Service Bulliten. Kind of like a little notice that there is a technical problem Ford will fix for free, but too small or rare to be a recall.

crappy plastic upper strut bearings. Too small and rare to be a recall. WTF
Should have been a major recall but Ford dropped the ball on that one.[:@]
