" the reason the ti intake works as well as it does is because its the same size all the way to the Throttle body which increases velocity"- Doug b a m a chips. that is what he said to me. the candl is great too but still doesnt net as large of a gain as the TI. so. go with the TI, cheaper, better looking ( imo) and larger gain.

oh yeah, one more thing on the demolet.....is the custom color choice free? i'm a little confused by the options on their website. i see that its $200 including shipping and a color choice of filter but is there supposed to be a color choice of TB tube also? thanks again.

UPDATE......just found a used C&L for $200 (same as a new Demolet) and i went ahead and purchased it. while i wait for it to come in, i emailed Doug@Bamma to have him upgrade my tunes for the C&L. i also asked him his opinion on the C&L vs. Demolet. supposedly the demolet cranks out a few more horsies but just wanted to know what doug recommends overall and why. i'll let you all know when i get a reply.

yeh I also am thinking that the c&l isnt as good, because its made of metal, which get hotter, as oppose to the plasticness of the jlt and the demolet

well i just got a response from doug and although its a brief one, its inline with what i had originally thought and why i ended up choosing the C&L.......doug wrote: "As for performance differences the Demolet does a great job as well as the C&L but the quality of the C&L cannot be beat so you made a good choice.".......so for all you deciding on which intake to go with, its pretty much a no-lose situation. demolet makes a couple morehorsies based off a slightly more effecient design while the C&L's quality and durability is unmatched......now i just hope my new intake comes soon!!

This is a little late, but the $200 for the Demolet does include the custom color. Mine is being painted right now. I ordered mine from v6mustangstuff.com cause i wasn't comfortable putting CC info on the Demolet site, there's no way to tell you are on a secure site because of the way they use frames.
I like the look of the WMS, but it's surprising that they say there's no tune required. I'm sure it's even better with a tune and they do offer one but it's kinda pricey.
Let us know how the C&L works out Sancho

will do. and yeah, the wms is pricey and i would have been interested in one but i found a c&l for 200 so i couldn't let that slip away. good luck with your demolet and let us know your experience also. i was so ready to get a TI till i found a c&l for the same price so we'll see.
