He means get a V8 engine and stroke it. Most common stroke for the 4.6 3V is from 281 to 298 ci.

As far as stroking a 4.0, don't hold your breath waiting for SuperSix Motorsports or anyone else to come out with one. The block just isn't stroke friendly.
The best bang for your buck is to just boost it via SC or turbo.
