If I get the C&L Intake and XCAL 3 first, will it need to be re-tuned when I get the 3.73 gears, suspension, T-lok? How do I go about doing this?
You can get your tunes now, and then change the settings in the handheld tuner for gears, larger diameter rear tires, etc.

Isn't the driveshaft in the V6 only good till like 115-120mph?
The driveshafts in the 2005 models had pressed-in u-joint caps. Those are the driveshafts that are prone to letting go athigh speed. At some point during the 2005/2006 model change over, Ford started putting in retaining clips. If you have a 2005 or 2006, you should look under the car to see if there are clips in place before plunkin' down $500+ for an aftermarket alum DS.

Ok sweet, so I can fix my tunes when I get the gears. And I have a 2007 so no worries on the DS. Thanks!
