Default C&L Intake Question

I installed my C&L intake and tuner I got from BamaChips last week and have a question about the intake. Can I still take my car to the car wash or do I now have to wash it by hand? The reason for my concern is because the place I normally go has an undercarriage wash that they drive the car over and I don't want my car to suck in any water. This may sound like a stupid question but I've never had an aftermarket intake on a vehicle before so any input would be appreciated.

You're okay no need to worry. It actually takes a lot to hydrolock a car and the location of our intakes will see only a couple of drops if that. If you drive your car through like 3 feet of water though then you might have some problems

Dont drive in water that is over the wheel
rim edge according to the users manual.
Dont worry about carwash spray. If you must,
you might as well worry about a torrential
downpour hydrolocking the ol Stang.

Ohh and I wouldn't recommend driving with the driver side headlight removed =). Some people around here do that because it sucks in colder air directly but if it rains you're just sucking in rain.
