Mixing Antifreeze?
#11
From the Ford Website;
Step 1: Make sure your engine and coolant system is cold. You could be seriously injured if your engine is running or hot
Step 2: Open your hood and locate the coolant reservoir
Step 3: Check to see if the fluid level is within the cold fill range marked on the side of the reservoir
Step 4: Check your owner’s guide if coolant needs to be added to find the recommended coolant for your vehicle
Step 5: Wrap a thick cloth around the coolant reservoir cap and open it to release pressure
Step 6: Remove cap completely when all pressure is released
Step 7: Add a 50/50 mix of coolant and distilled water until the fluid level is within the cold fill range
Step 8: Check the level again and add more coolant as needed
