i dont think thats possible as the shorty headers would have the same collector location as the stock headers. which sould be different than the stock location for the v8. there really is no good option if you keep the stock or shorty style headers and try to use GT system from headers on back because of the "frankenstien-ing" of the exhaust system. the cats are the same in both cars,so the only thing you could possibly see any gains on trying to splice together a 2.5" system with stock cats all the way thru is going to be the tiny 2.5" section before the cats (where the v6 would be 2.25). which is going to the hindered by the flow of the cats anyways.

moral of the story, just buy a regular catback system.

or buy hiflo cats and you can make your exhaust any size you choose. (assumng you need to be street legal)

Wow Yoghi, driving a Mustang in Germany. That has to be interesting when it comes time to buy fuel. What is fuel selling for in Germany right now? Seven or eight US dollars equivalent? I'm glad to see someone driving a Stang over there though. Way to go man.

if the bordcomputer say's i should gas the stang up, i have to pay about 70 EURO ~ 88 $ ... -> yes, 7.6 US dollars per gallon but it will rise caused by the situation of the EU.

And every year you have to pay taxes for the cylinder capacity of the mustang ... so i have to pay double of that what poeple have to pay for a 2.0 Car which has the same number of horses running under the hood :-) 370 EUR p.a.
And the insurance ... oh my god ... very high for imported cars !
