Anyone painted Stock v6 rims?

Yes you can do it so that you retain the chrome lip - something that I think looks better than an all black wheel.
I picked up a set for some drag radials and painted them a little differently from MoneyShot:
My Junior Dragster granddaughter LOL, couldn't wait to get out on the track, she even helped change the tires on the Mustang when we got there

^^That's awesome^^ Teach'em at an early age. =-)
I took my 3 year-old Son to a car show last weekend and he really enjoyed going. Since then, he's been asking me EVERYDAY when can he go and see some cool cars??!! LOL

The stock 16" wheels I painted. Didn't flake or fade at all in the 3 years I had them on the car.
Then I got bullitts and did the same thing - looks just as good.
If you have any questions about painting your rims, just ask, I'll reply.

Thank you avalanch3!! That's exactly what I was looking for.
I love the look of yours JimC, but I'm just too lazy and unmotivated to paint mine like that. I'd rather just have them all black. ^-^
