Ok to sum it up I'm having the same exact issue as this guy (here: http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/mecha...unit-help.html not trying to steer people away from mfs)
Any help with where that fuse would be in my car?

Fuse #8 in the box on the passenger side behind the kick panel. Your OBD port probably isn't working either, try plugging your Xcal in and see.
It could be #16, but my guess is #8 based upon my past experience.
