Lowering Springs?

Lowering Springs?
I am considering on Eibach lowering springs and was just wondering if anyone has any problems resulting from the lowering springs? I have 18's and im pretty sure it will be fine with lowering the car. Has anyone had problems of the wheel rubbing?
