All you need to do is tell the place thats giving you the tunes what mods you have done to your car, and they will add those mods into your tune. They ask what mods you have on your car and you just list them.

Well you can just send it back to them and they will create new tunes with the previous and new mods. They usually charge about $100 for the new tunes.

Actually u can make ur own adjustments if ur xcal2 has the latest software update(Advantage 3). U can change gear ratios, mass air meters, injectors sizes, tire size. You can also change Air/fuel ratio , Timing , Shift schedules on auto's, rev limiters, rpm's at idle.If u add an intake , exhaust or anything else u just have to get it on a dyno, check the air fuel and make the necessary adjustments. If u r xcal2 does not have this u can send it back to ur dealer and request it.

Actually most of the tuners out their including myself have the Adv. III software to give the customer user adjustablitity. As far as you adding something and having to send the tuner back in for changes, This is untrue. SCt has a free software downloadable for customers . this is called Extreme Tune, If you change something on the car and need a re-tune, Call, Email or flag down your tuner, explain what you have changed and he/she can email an Extrme file that you can download to the tuner yourself from a home computer.
