Default Headers install questions!!! please HELP!!!

ok here is the deal. i currently have every piece of exhaust (manifolds and all) off of my car. i am now stuck on how to get the after market headers on my car. they did not slip over the stock studs and i tried usin my tork wrenches to get the studs off but they dont budge and im not tryin to force em off due to their location and importance. need advice from and experienced individual.
