It is not uncommon for the front tires to contact the sway bar, but have never seen this with OEM wheels. Is it possible that one wheel is NOT OEM and has a different off-set, so it is more "inset" than the others?

Can you take some pics with a good description of what's being contacted and where?

So...heres the links for both sides of the sway bar right by the tire.

Driver Side - http://img148.imageshack.us/i/driversideswaybar.jpg/
Passenger Side - http://img189.imageshack.us/i/passengersideswaybar.jpg/

Let me know what you think, cuz its grinded real good into that driver side.

My guess is either a bent "A" arm on the rubbing side, or a different wheel on that side with additional off-set/back-space.

Try this.... while the wheels are off, take a measurement of each front wheel. Place the wheel face down on the ground (put it on any surface that wont scratch exposed wheel face). Place a yard-stick across the tire and take a measurement to the surface of wheel where it mounts onto your car (look ***HERE*** for some more info). This measurement should be the same on both wheels.

The front two wheels are the same (American Racing Saleen 240/40 R18). An if I understand tires right (prolly dont) the 265/35 18's for my new AM rims are gonna rub worse then those 240's. Confirm that for me.

I may just pay a diagnostic fee to a frame shop, see if they can tell me im effed or can tell me what needs to happen. Any idea how many labor hours they'd charge? Thanks Jazz, ill mail ya some cookies.
