You can get a new 07 GT loaded, and the additons to make it the same as the Shelby wouldn't be as much as the Sticker of the Shelby. And you wouldn't have to settle for two color choices.... The only ones who will pay the markup (and I'm sure it will be steep) are the ones who couldn't quite swing a deal on the Shelby 500. The dealers just use this as an opportunity to "line their pockets".

Thanks, like I said earlier, the cost of shipping to LV / SHELBY, and then back east, will add $$$ to the cost, without any value to the car.

I think it is a smart idea for ford but it is ovr priced. The modest upgrades over he stock gt can be done aftermarket cheaper so i couldn't see spend the money on this. I do love the shelby hood though but I can get that after market also
