I'm happy with how mine rides with the ford racing springs. It doesn't seem to bounce anymore than stock, maybe even less. Feeling bumps is the price your pay for being closer to the bumps.

Since you allready have lower springs in replacing the struts will be easy. Where do you live, i'll do it for free.

I was told that installing the Eibach springs would not require using adjustable struts. I guess it's what you're looking for. In my case, after doing the springs only, I've been very disappointed with the drop in ride quality. Feeling bumps much more/ porposing when hitting larger bumps or dips in the road. Anyway, I've noticed a major worse ride from installing the Es only. Result --- I'm spending another installation $ to add the Tokicos. Like you say, I read where other folks are happy with keeping the factory struts/shocks.

mstang,

Thanks for the offer, but I had my new struts installed Friday. Before I installed my eibachs I read dozens of opinions on the forum as to whether to stay with stock struts or go with the tokicos. Lord knows the Ts are pretty expensive. I decided I'd do the springs only. In my case, big mistake. The key words are "in my case". I wasn't happy with the loss of ride quality, so I added the struts. Let me get on a soap box. Big improvement in the ride, I'd say probably as good as stock (my settings, 4 turns from full both front and back) . I'd highly recommend making the change. But there again, it's what you're looking for. I'm seeing folks that are happy with the Ford Racing springs and stock struts; maybe they work better together than the eibachs and stock.
