I live in VA as well and I can tell you this state sucks ***.
The taxes are high and the services are low.
The General Assembly is run by a bunch of complete morons that have us in debt.
I mean come on, personal property tax on a car, that just sucks ***?

Funny, I would guess his middle school like responses in this thread would show that he is the one in deep need of some education.
