Why did you get a mustang?
The thing about Mustangs is the unlimited amount of modding you can do to these cars. You can do almost anything, from bolt ons to engine swaps. There is so much room for upgrades and improvement.
For me, it was a dream I had ever since I was a little kid. I'm only 17, but you can make damn sure my first car was a Mustang. I remember playing with Mustang Hot Wheels everyday, going to car shows and seeing all sorts of them, riding in my Papa's old Cherry Red '67 Fastback, and telling him, this is the one I want! I didn't end up getting that one. But I'm in love with these cars, always have been, always will.
To be honest, you can't go wrong with a Mustang. 4 Cyls or V8, 1966 or 2012, I love every Mustang. If you want a sports car, go with the Subaru. But if you want a muscle car with years and years of history, get a Mustang.

I'm originally from South Africa, where Mustangs are more like a cult following. I had to get one...in addition a Mustang is not just another car, it's an animal of sorts. You get in, push the accelerator, and all hell breaks lose, don't get the same feeling in other cars. It;s almost like the car is alive and has a personalty of its own...
PS. Even my 1 yr old son gets this smile on his face when we start up the Stang....

I got it because I wanted something with some "soul" in it. The Mustang makes all kinds of noises, many of them good, has decent power, great aftermarket, and is just plain cool.
I want a car that I'm excited to drive at a reasonable price. It's been a while since I've owned something that I look for any excuse to get in and go.
