That's still my first guess, but I need to know if you lost the belt in WOT or right when you let out of the gas?

ORIGINAL: fadetoblack172

it's a 5 speed and all 3 belts broke on a 2-3 shift or 3-4 shift at WOT not speed shifting though
Okay, last question...

Were you powershifting at all? (full WOT shifts no letting off the gas at all - not even a hare)

Okay - it's your tensioner...

Still make sure the idler is lined up right and the belt is not riding the edge but having a manual is even harder on the stock tensioner and when you are making your shifts at WOT, it's actually the movement DOWN and the snap back of the tensioner after the shift that causes it to bend. I would almost bet money your tensioner is already slightly bent if you take it off and look at it.

Get Peters tensioner and make sure that idler is right and you'll solve your belt problems.

If you haven't heard from Peter by tomorrow, shoot me a PM with your phone number and I'll have him call you.

Mark

I wish you had told me you broke the stock tensioner before in the first place...lol

Yep, replacing stock tensioners is the band aid - put peters' on and be done with the issues.

Not off the top of my head and I don't use his but I think it's in the $300 range. No matter what it is - I think it's worth it over buying and changing belts frequently...[8D][sm=icon_cheers.gif]

BTW: A GOOD mod for you regardless when you fix the belt issue is the mezuire EH20 pump. I think everyone with a blower should have one.

If you do lose a belt, you'll get home without it if you have the mezuire...
