Maybe I read they are insleep mode when you buy them from the Stealeship
and need to be activated the first time after installation. From then on,
the SJB tells them to report to it sequentially upon key on condition???

There is no sensor in the spare. If the TPMS came loose then the warrenty will cover the repair. Just take it in and get it fixed.

Actually kinda nice. It let me know when one of my tires had a nail in it by going off when the pressure dropped under 25psi. With such stiff sidewalls it's hard to notice while driving. Last thing I need is to take a corner with any kind of speed and have the tire fold completely over and break the bead on the rim...

Agreed, I've had this weird slow leak, that only leaks every so often, and by looking you can't tell it's low, but light in the dash lets me know I need to air up.
