You would still be covered under warranty by MJ Acquisitions for Saleen items bought on or after Feb 02, 2009. Steve Saleen (SMS) is covering warranties for items bought prior to Feb 02, 2009.

Feb 02, 2009 is the official date of MJ Acquisitions purchase of Saleen and they dropped all warranty coverage prior to that date.
