Hey gang,

I am looking for any information on 17X9 Gt rims in anthracite. Plenty of OEM cloners are making 17X9 chrome rims wiht the 38mm offset for the S197, but I have yet to find anyone who makes the factory anthracite in a 17X9.

17X9 are available for the edge body cars and I am aware that the offset difference is 24 vice 38 and will fit on the car, but I prefer to not have the wheel stick quite as far.

Any insight to direction would be appreiciated. None of the sponsors on MF have had any options I am looking for.

The whole deal is to put stock looking rims with wider tires on the rear only for better traction. Thanks for any informed replies.

Opinions on different style wheels need not respond. Anthracite Bullits came on the car, Anthracite Bullits stay on the car. Thank you.

Thanks for the link. This is just what I was looking for. As for your 18" question - first of all I am a tight wad with tires that have plenty of life in them. (then again I did just dropped 6000 clams on a saleen stage 2). But mainly I am not interested in changing the height, or look of the car by adding an 18" rim. The 17" rims keep the car looking as stock as possible. I want people to look at my car and wonder, "Is it stock?", when they look at it. I love the second take glances at cruise ins when people look under the hood and see what they first thought was an after market intake, and then realize it is a low profile supercharger. Not many saleen packages in this area that I have seen.

love the 17's and i agree with the sleeper look....imo, stay with americanmuscle products!
