As stated earlier, the search feature will help you find a lot of the info you're looking for. Also, acquaint yourself with the info in the stickies within the subforums including the TSB info.
For $170 you won't buy much if any performance. The biggest bang-for-the-buck if you're not aspirating is the CAI & tune which is worth about 15-25 RWHP. Most other cheaper mods are morre nickle and dime stuff gaining you about 3-8 RWHP or so. Do your homework and read up.
