The top should definitely go down a litle more, and wrinkles will happen on any convertible. But that wrinkle on the left quarter is a result of bad installation. It wasn't pulled tight enough during the install. Take it back and make them fix it.

I guess it varies between dealerships, but my local dealership wouldn't touch mine. They sent it to a shop. Of course I showed up to pick it back up and they had forgotten to go get it, and the shop was closed and locked up...they couldn't reach the owner either.
They gave me a free rental, and they avoided saying much as I was extremely pissed. I began to ask myself if all the last-minute warranty work was worth the hassle. I'm glad it's all over now.
Thanks for all the information and pictures. I will be printing everything and showing it to the dealership. Yes, this is the 2nd replacement top, both done at the dealership where I purchased the car. Both done under warranty at no cost to me. But much aggravation on my part. I am waiting for the replacement liner for behind the back seat to come in. Seems it mysteriously had about a 3" hole torn in it which the dealership hasn't admitted they did but there is no other explanation for it.
