The tire track lights light up and stay lit constantly when the system is turned off via the tune. This is not something YOU can do with your tuner and has to be in the tune file itself.

Here's one for $40, looks like a good deal, easy 3 wire install, works on any momentary button. (plus I'm getting lazy)

Thanks Riptide, I did notice that I can't set it in the tune, now I'm glad I didn't ask for it to be turned off, I want to be able to turn it on if I need it.
