Same here. I emailed them a week and a half ago. Still nothing.

 

Sucks cuz bama's 3 tune deal was only $99 and brenspeeds is $125. But a couple days compared to a couple weeks/months. I will pay a bit extra for that.

 

Sigh, still waiting. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because of all the positive comments on the forum but this is bordering on ridiculous. Nov. 1st to Dec. 23 and still waiting. Everytime I email him I get a "your order will ship next monday" answer. Well, three next mondays have gone by and still nothing. His last reply was on the 13th. As it stands I'm out 645 dollars and no items to show for it.

I'm sure I'll eventually get my CAI and tuner but after this experience I'm sticking to Brenspeed. No more experimenting with other vendors for me. Really not worth the hassle.

 

I think it's time for Bamachips to step back up to the plate and get his business back in order. He has a lot of dedicated customers (myself included) but this is rediculous. The positive reputation that he has built is dwindling away and he is loosing a lot of potential customers. I'd be PISSED if I had to wait this long for a CAI/tune.

I dont know how far behind on tunes he is. That is what I sent my email asking about, and I still havent heard back. So I am guessing if I cant get an email reply after almost a week, I dont wanna guess how long a custom tune will take. I ordered through brenspeed last night, already recieved two emails from them and my tune should be done in 5 to 7 days.

 

What did they charge you? Link? Im looking for something else to load via my Diablo...

hes that far behind on everything. I ordered my tune and intake the last week of Oct. i got it the 11th of Dec. I immediately sent an email about the wrong tunes in the programmer. Next i got a reply for an email i had sent 12 days early asking about the status of my order... So it will likely be January before i can use this stuff that took so long to get and but cant install...
