That's correct, but I'm going to be using Jon Lund's tune which will not require relocation either.

i don't remember the sizes, but all the brass fittings
i got at NAPA. i'm sure a good plumbing supply store
would have it all as well.

You use a ratchet and socket and oil for that Tap. you dont need a handle.

The SC oil provided to me by Whipple was way more than was needed. Don't assume Whipple provides a pre-measured amount. Its up to the installer to perform a proper assembly.
Yeppers, I didnt use all the oil that was sent with the kit.

She's alive!!! I finished the install of the gauges, did an engine oil change (it was time), filled the radiator and IC with distilled water, Zerex G-05 and added one bottle of Redline water wetter to the radiator and one bottle to the IC. I flashed the PCM with Jon Lund's 91 street tune and fired her up. On the initial start you can hear the Whipple whine but then it quiets down a bit. I then waited until the engine warmed up, checked for leaks and then bled the cooling system. I put a rag over the bleed screw as I opened it. I heard it hiss and felt some hot coolant soak the rag. I only left it open for maybe 5 seconds. Is this long enough? The engine temp during the test drive looked fine.

As for the test drive...OMG! My own car scares me now! lol I wasn't ready for the first "boost". I started from a stop, the car was rolling and I gave it a little gas and, not knowing when the boost would kick in, it scared me for a second when the car suddenly launched so I let off the gas really quick. The car is like a whole different animal. I can hear the whine of the Whipple even with my O/R exhaust. It's music to my ears. I'm still afraid to really lay into it because I'm not sure if my air/fuel is behaving correctly. I'm not sure how the A/F is supposed to behave during different driving conditions. Sometimes I see it momentarily jump all the way to the right which is 16. The lowest I've seen it go is 12.7 or 9...can't recall.

Is this normal? Fuel pressure at idle is 30psi, vacuum at idle is 20psi. A/F?

I thought my AeroForce gauges tell me fuel pressure is around 39-40. But I'd have to check again to be sure. Of course I have a completely stock fuel pump and no whipple.

The vacuum you see is right for stock cams (BTW it's in/Hg not psi). With my hot rods, in P/N I see about 15-16 and in gear holding the brake I see around 10-11.

Thanks! And thank you for the fuel pressure gauge adapter suggestion.
