Whipple ordered!
Thanks guys! I still need to add coolant, s/c oil and bleed the system. I was going to install a fuel riser block for the fuel pressure gauge but one of the bolts snapped. I didn't even torque it that hard. Cheap bolt! Guess I won't be installing the fuel pressure gauge yet. Another thing is that it doesn't look like it's going to fit with the intake tube being so close to the fuel pressure sender. How did you guys get a fuel riser block to fit under there?
I'm going to start installing the A/F and boost gauge now. After that I'll add the coolant, etc..

i bucked the trend and went maverick on that one. after looking at all
the possibilities i ended up placing a fuel pressure sender in the fuel
line that runs between the rails. pic is available upon request, but it
gets installed on the passenger side near the rail.
now that the aeroforce is available, i think most just rely on that
for fuel pressure readings.

I couldn't finish the build today. Got tied up trying to run the gauge wires down the dash vents by the windshield. What a PITA! Running a Cobalt A/F harness down there is impossible. Started cussin and moanin and decided to quit for the day. lol

ha ha, yeah, that's a good point to stop
on my build I hit a point real late one night where I was about to start some wiring stuff. I blankly stared at the directions for like 5 minutes straight so I figured that was a good place to stop before I FUBAR'd something
I think it would've been easier if I had gotten a stereo area gauge panel; that way I wouldn't have to mess with running wires down the defrost vents.
I see you decided against relocating the IAT sensor.
The SC oil provided to me by Whipple was way more than was needed. Don't assume Whipple provides a pre-measured amount. Its up to the installer to perform a proper assembly.
Looks good so far!

ok here it is... you have to either really want an old fashioned analog
fuel gauge, or don't yet have an aeroforce, to go through the
added trouble, but I like having it...
the wires have since been cleaned up (old pic).
I actually bought the 3/8" NPT tap and 9/16" drill bit for the relocation but the guy at NAPA gave me a tap handle that won't fit the tap. I didn't want to waste anymore time by running out and finding the right handle so I figured I'll just use the 1/8"NPT already on the passenger side for future relocation.
Thanks! I'll go find one like that. The ends are 3/8", correct?
