with the 4.0 Whipple, $27,475.

I'm feeling a little insecure with my 2.3L.

[QUOTE=moosestang;7989051]I think edelbrock isn't making superchargers, but KB and whipple do. I've never liked the way they marketed that blower as being a 7psi kit, but it actually makes 9-10lbs of boost near redline.

They actually market it at 5psi. Which is true at 2100rpm. On a stock engine it's 8psi at 6100rpm.

i dont like Edelbrock's marketing either.
they advertise x amount of psi, when its really more than x.
then they advertise the peak hp which is at the peak psi, not the advertised psi.
they are giving you a false sense of what it really puts out.
no other SC companies do this. they all advertise peak numbers. except Edelbrock.
on the 4.6 Eforce SC they advertise 5 psi, but it really makes 10+.

I agree they are misleading with the way they advertise. Dyno sheets tell you one thing the truth is at the track

The kits come with tunes and are decent. A custom tune can be sources afterwards.

Anyone have any experience with the Saleen Supershaker? I would like to keep my shaker hood but would prefer the twin screw over a centri.
