another option is the roush 1" drop rear springs and adj panhard bar. levels your car out and easier on your wallet. i did this and che lca's, mainly did it to get rid of wheelhop. bonus its looks like the whole car is lowered, handles better with stiffer springs and lca's. took all of about 1.25 hours to put on an adjust phb.

^^those springs on a V6 are about a 1.3" drop. Very mild. You could do just the springs.

I just want to buy springs, and these bolts I guess, and panhaed bar..I want the springs that will give me a nice drop and not be harsh on my stock shocks/ struts. I'm not looking for a major drop, I want just enough where all my stock stuff will be ok with this drop... I'm prolly gonna go with FRPP springs just to keep it ford lol Anyone live around me to help me with the install ?? I never done this and kinda don't know where to start

FRPP springs should suffice for the drop your looking for. I had several club members help me out. I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself either. You will need a spring compressor tool (front springs), which you can borrow at a local autozone. They request a deposit and they will refund your money when you return the tool.
