2005-2009 Cracked dash solution
we have a 2005 v6, and I can say the interior hasn’t held up as well as my father in laws 2006 gt. neither are kept in garages, and both are black inside and out. I’m curious to know if this is the trend for others here as well. Our dash has some same thing around the vent, the console leather is peeling up and releasing from the center console, and and the diverged is also broke—so air only comes out the defroster. Live in NC btw.
I have a 2006 v6. full black inside and out. I'm having the same exact issue as OP for the past few years now. Probably started about 3 years ago. Has been parked outside 90% of the time though for the past 10 years as I sadly don't have a garage or carport. I also live in a very hot midwestern climate so I'm sure that is a factor. I've kinda came to the conclusion that repeated exposure to heat tears this plastic apart after years. Never had any air circulation issues though yet. But it is a common enough issue for it to be a known issue with windshield fins and center console peeling/being uneven after years of heat stress.
I just wanted to drop in and thank everyone for their support. I have now sold 50 dash panels. This site is really the only source I have to get the word out because I get labeled as a vendor on other message boards.
I've worked hard to make my manufacturing process as efficient as possible in order to make my panels more affordable. I have been able to lower costs, but the shipping can be a bit pricey for buyers sometimes due to the size of the panel. I'm still looking for solutions and welcome any suggestions.

Great idea !!! Are you still making these ? I have the same problem
A CNC machine is a computer controlled router that can cut shapes out of various materials, based on a design created on computer software.
My original pic is my original dash that cracked at both end and all the vent fins broke loose as well. The only thing holding it in was a screw in the center that looked like it could only be accessed by removing the windshield. I just gave it a twist and removed the whole piece. It's shown in the first pic.
The second pic is a one of my prototypes That would replace the broken piece and cover over the broken edges.

Have recently come cross these on eBay. Is completely metal and fits across the whole dash to make it completely flush with the rest of the dash. Only showing this if this printed dash panel “ that I did purchase” is no longer available.
