Default Leaking coolant

Hi this is my first post also my first ford and haven't had to work on it until now. My car is leaking coolant I checked the obvious culprit the water pump and thermostat housing and it's dry. The area it's leaking from is from behind the front cover on the passenger side. My question is why would it leak from there and how screwed am I? It has simple mods intake exhaust ghost cam tune and the coolant reservoir has never been opened as I am the first owner of the car and I've never opened it year is 2014

Fluids always flow downward so, just because it looks like it's coming from behind something doesn't mean it originated from there. I'm not at all familiar with the 3.7L engines so I can't even begin to guess.

What is above and slightly left or right of area where you see the leak coming from that contains coolant? (hoses, pipes, etc)?

Hi, were you able to figure out what the issue was? Mine has developed a similar leak, and it looks like it is coming from the same place.
