Default Looking at buying a 99 GT but I have questions

I'm looking at 99 GT with 40,000 miles on it and it has a few minor scratches and couple of door dinges. I don't know much on the history since the car was a bank repo. It's an automatic with leather and power everything. The motor appears to be stock along with the exhaust so I don't think it was beat on to much. The bank said I could buy it for 7300.00 which I think is a pretty good price but I wanted to ask you guys if there are any major issues I should watchout for and if the GT's with an auto trans are a very reliable car. I was kind of leaning more towards a stick car but this one seams like a good deal. Thanks for any info.

ide stay away from it, or atleast have the ford dealership look at it..someone who doenst pay their bills, most likely didnt take care of their car. or atleast i would think.

The bank won't let me take it off the lot. Does 7300.00 sound like a good price?
