if it was taken care of it can go to 250,000 easy but 5.0 parts are everywhere and used aftermarket parts can be found cheap...like heads/intakes/cam/ stroker short blocks etc so if you are getting it cheap it is a good platform to build on.

But anyway, it should still be strong, depends how well it was taken care of....give it a good look.
