I might even go up with a steeper gear, like a 3.90... I wouldn't do longtubes, you probably won't see much gain. The manifolds are good on the 2v's.. and even better on the 4v's like ours. Honestly, I would do ALL suspension. You already have the nitto's which are the bastard child of Drags, but great for DD's... I might even get a set of mickeys just for the track, subframe connectors, Lower and upper control arms, and beef up the axle. This way with your mickey's you can launch at 3-4k and not snap an axle, and cut a 1.4xx 60" [8D].

I posted this in another thread about the headers, if you can do the install yourself that's great, but you still have to buy headers and a new midpipe. Then pay for the install if you can't do it yourself, and then get it retuned. Unless you can do it yourself you're looking at $1,000+, if you can install yourself you're still looking at 800-1000 probably... I would save it for a supercharger (if you want to go that route), or put it into the actual motor and get a real nitrous motor to where you can up the shot and have your engine handle it. Still could blow something easily with a 150shot on a stock motor.

What I would do in the end: steeper gearing, and suspension. I would stay away from Longtubes, until that's your last mod, or until you've maxed out the manifolds.

What was done to the Terminator?? Those vert's are heavy as hell... stock I think they run a very high 12, or a low 13 for most drivers.. [&:]

Thanx for the info. The Term was pullied, full exa, diablo tuned, boost by pass, 95mm maf, and a cai. He weighs almost 3900+ where as I way around 3400, hes making more power but I have a better power to weight ratio. I have mixed emotions about the lg tubes. How much can the stockers be good for?

I would check with the guys on svtperf, i am not to familiar with the SN95 Cobras... but, I know the LT's are a PAIN IN THE **** to install.. not much fun at all, to the point where my tuner told me while we were shootin the breeze, that he might start referring his LT's install away to other shops [X(]... but, with the suspension (which is where i would go) you'd probably shave close to a good 1/2 second off your et... Even Nitto D/R will launch MOST people a 1.9-2.0 60", where you can cut 1.4xx with a built axle, mickeys, suspension and a steeper set of gears... and im sure you don't use your nitrous from the launch...

I would still keep the Nitto's as your DD, but like i said buy a cheap set of rims to run at the track with the mickeys, because unless it's great weather you'll be slidin all over the place, lol

edit: I know a lot of terminator guys that are running 600+ whippled cars, with stock manifolds :O.. granted they are probably a tad different, but i think you should be fine...
