Check your fuel pressure . I had the same problem with mine . it might be a weak pump . mine still worked but would bog and pop upon accelleration or under a load . be careful because running lean causes detonation and detonation causes you to have to get a new motor . Good luck

Wouldn't hurt to dump some fuel injector / fuel system cleaner in the tank while your at it.

ORIGINAL: SpartanStang

ORIGINAL: LX90

It boggs whenever it hits WOT, if I gradually excellerate, it runs fine. It idles fine, but if it I floor it (hit WOT) It boggs and drags till I let off.
My tempo did that for a while when it was kinda cold out. I had to shut off the car, and start it again. If that didnt work i had to shut it off, disconnect the battery for a bit, then reconnect and try again. Still dunno what the problem was, but it doesnt do it anymore. [&:]
I did like the monkey stang, but prefer the new stripper stang. Too bad you can't get an image of Neil Patrick Harris snorting a line off of a strippers a$$ from Harold and Kumar....lol

It was the fuel filter, I changed it yesterday, and the car is like new again. Thanks for the thoughts, helped me work my brain.
