TOB squeeling?

TOB squeeling?
If my TOB is bad, which I am almost positive it is, would it squeel when cold and the clutch disengaged?
When I first crank it up in the morning, I get this annoying squeel, I used to think it was pully or something like that. I went to the shop to get my fenders rolled and they let me know my clutch and TOB are on their way out. So i figured maybe thats what is squeeling? it only does it when its cold, and is mostly when the clutch is not engaged. When I engage the clutch, the squeeling most of the times stops, but sometimes just gets a little quieter. Sound like the culprit?
