Default is a stage two clutch too much for my stock 1996 mustang gt transmission

recently my clutch went out in my 1996 mustang gt my moms boyfriend suggested that i put in a stage two clutch since i drive like a maniac but my clutch was already in bad condition so then the questions came up
1. will it fit
2.will it be too much for my transmission
3." " driveshaft
4." " rear end

i need these questions answered please bcuz im a marine workin out of gulfport mississippi and my car is my only way to and from pensacola florida every week
