Default Having some problems not really sure what it is.

Ok so when i start my car up it idles fine sometimes. but once it gets warm or i turn it off and start it again i can hear the miss in the idle it also misses while driving then. Also i have noticed a ringing type of a noise once the car hits 2000-2200 rpms then it goes away. Have recently replaced the IAC (thought that was the problem) and new plugs were installed around 1k miles ago. Please someone help me out thanks!

What modifications do you have, how many miles of the car, if over 80k have the plugs ever been changed?

Pull the COPs and examine the boots for signs of arcing or burning...

I had a similar problem minus the ringing noise and it ended up being that one of the boots on one of the coils was melted. I'd check that out first because it doesn't really sound like an idle problem

i doubt there is a check engine light on right? um like stated above it could be a bad coil on plug. other than that lol its a crap shoot

#5 is the driver's side front, pull the COP and see what the boot looks like; also check the plug well and make sure it's clean/dry. If the boot is OK swap the #5 COP with the #6 and see if the problem moves with it...
